Unearthen
She remember the first time he saw her passed by the pillars of the library; he took aghast of a beauty he never gaze upon. She remember how he missed the few last steps to the park and bleed his knee. She remember how everyone including his friends laughed at him for being so careless yet she was the one who came and mend.
She remember the first date he took was hiking to the top hill at dawn and she remember the first kiss; a memento from the first sunrise together. She remember how he always introduced her to his friends as “my beautiful one” and she remember no other associates other than her physical appearance.
She remember the night when he took her for a night ride in his SUV and she remember how she gave herself in to him at the back seat. She remember of him being the first and she remember how he said she is his only one. She remember for the next few days he did not call, text nor meet her during her finals.
She remember seeing his SUV at the base camp of the hill they used to go and she remember how wrecked she was to saw him between another girl’s leg. She remember of throwing one big rock that smashed his right window and she remember the shattered sound it makes; as it told him how wrecked she was in that moment.
She remembers the sensation falling 36,000 feet down in the Indian Ocean in her dream when she got back to her crib in tears ruining her mascara. She remember he screamed and scowled at her in the phone for ruining his moment with the other girl.
She remember how three years it has passed and yet her emotion and feelings for love has gone down under the dirt never to be found by other person; until the earth shakes and reveal it to the next who found to return it at the right moment.
